Chef Elizabeth takes over our kitchen on the First Tuesday of the month. Enjoy her menu….. Bliss is closed on Tues DAYS, doors open at 4:30pm. Dinner is served 5:00pm-8:00pm.
Salmon Cakes ~
Dreaming of going somewhere warm…or cold?! Delicious fresh salmon, cubed, seasoned with cilantro and basil, and pan fried. Topped with Coconut chutney and served with roasted potatoes. $14

Cubano Tacos ~
Whaaat? Even WE”RE not sure what this will be like – but what could be wrong with all the flavors of a good cuban sandwich in our delicious “From Scratch” tortillas?! Pork shoulder, ham, swiss, pickles. So yummy…we think! Served with lacto-fermented kimchi slaw. $13
Christmas Dinner Crepe ~
The flavor of Christmas (or Thanksgiving, we‘re right in between…) rolled into our wonderful crepe. Chicken, potato, sage, and cranberry. Topped with béchamel gravy and served with greens. $13
