This month’s Featured Guest, JIM MAY! Will proudly welcomes back the Godfather of Illinois Storytelling, Jim May, just back from his featured performance at the National Storytelling Festival in Jonesboro, Tennessee. Jim May is an Emmy award-winning, world traveling, freelance storyteller and author whose humorous, heartfelt tales have entertained audiences around the world. Born and raised in Spring Grove, Illinois, where his family first settled in the 1840’s, Jim’s stories resonate with the rural voices of the Illinois prairie. His books include the acclaimed “The Farm on Nippersink Creek” and the recently published “Trail Guide for a Crooked Heart”.
